Today Mexico, in an attempt to make police less corrupt, have decriminalized carrying small amounts of weed. No big deal, right? Well they decided to take it a little further, and allow people to carry small amounts of cocaine, heroin, LSD and meth as well, so the "casual user" will not be harassed by less-than-savory police officers.

I don't necessarily disagree with the concept of what they are doing, but I do pose the question: When was the last time you met a casual meth user?
